It was a challenge to design a Disability Action Plan in a 12 point font that was accessible to both staff and sight-impaired readers. Torn sheets of notepaper were used as a device to highlight stories and anecdotes from experts with disabilities; Auslan signs reinforced the document's key concepts, which was closely linked with positive staff achievements such as learning Auslan in the workplace.
